Sheepskins
Beautiful, unique, cozy sheepskins are available from Hildred’s Farm in South Windsor in a variety of sizes, colors, and staple lengths. The magical properties fo sheepskins make them both warming and cooling with a calming effect on babies. Luxurious as a decorative rug, a throw on a chair or bed or a cozy seat cover. Also great for use on wheelchairs, baby strollers and bassinets, and helps with rheumatoid arthritis. Pets totally love them too! Cold Goats Farm

Raw Fleece
Bags of skirted wool available from Hildred’s Farm in South Windsor with very little vegetable matter in a wide variety of colors. Each sheep or lamb’s fleece is in its own bag, grade is medium and medium-fine. Breeds are Corriedale, Romney, Lincoln Longwool cross. In addition to hand-spinning our customers have used the wool for beehive insulation as well as mattress and pillow stuffing.
